We strive to ensure that all our unlocking services are performed successfully and meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with the service or if the unlocking process was unsuccessful, we offer the following refund options:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Unlocked Device Not Working: If the unlocking service fails to work (e.g., the device is still locked or cannot connect to the network after successful unlocking), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Incorrect Unlock Code: If the unlock code provided by us is incorrect and cannot unlock your device, we will provide a full refund.
- Device Ineligibility: If your device is not supported for unlocking due to model, carrier, or other restrictions that we were not made aware of at the time of purchase, we will provide a full refund.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days from the date of service. You will need to provide your order number and any relevant information to help us resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Wrong Information Provided: Refunds will not be issued if incorrect device details (e.g., wrong IMEI, model, or carrier) were provided at the time of purchase.
- Service Completion: Once the unlocking process is completed and the unlock code has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind or no longer require the service.
- Devices That Have Been Tampered With: Devices that have been physically damaged, modified, or tampered with in a way that affects the unlocking process are not eligible for a refund.
- Prepaid Unlock Services: If you opted for a special deal, discount, or prepaid service with an upfront fee, refunds are only available if the unlocking is unsuccessful.
2. Returns Policy
As we provide digital services (unlocking), we do not accept returns of services once the unlocking request has been processed and the unlock code or service has been delivered. However, we are happy to help resolve any issues with your unlocking service as quickly as possible.

- If you experience any issues with your unlocked device, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will guide you through troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, attempt to correct the issue.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund under the criteria listed above.
3. Cancellations
f you wish to cancel your unlocking request, you must do so before the service has been processed or the unlock code has been delivered. We cannot process cancellations once the unlocking service has been completed.
To cancel an order:
- Please contact our customer support team immediately after making your order. If the unlocking process has not yet started, we will cancel the service and issue a full refund.
- If the service has been completed or is in progress, cancellations will not be accepted.
